Bar steel machining segment

• Diameters 8–62 mm: rolled/forged, round/square/hexagonal, materials: brass, stainless steel, aluminum
• 2-spindle CNC machines (7–11 axes) for turning and milling with automatic bar feeding
• Grinding, galvanization, chemical and heat treatment at trusted external providers

Machining of castings, forgings, and larger parts

• Fully automated robotic production cells for mechanical machining of medium and large series
• Measuring technology and CNC machines for shaft machining up to 700 mm in length
• 100% automated inspections with specially adapted 3D coordinate measuring machines
